We want to encourage you that salvation is a fact, NOT a feeling. The essential message one must believe to be saved can be found in Romans 10:9: “if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” It involves accepting Jesus as God’s Son and faith that Jesus has been resurrected from the dead. If you are willing to place your faith in Jesus Christ alone as your Savior, then you have been saved. When this happens, we enter a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. That relationship does not go away based on feelings or our mistakes. Satan wants to deceive and discourage hooping we will question this truth and doubt. Once you have truly put your faith in Jesus alone as your Savior, you are saved and nothing can change that.
As a true believer, we will want to please HIM in all we do. Further, the Bible tells us that we are “sealed” with the Holy Spirit of God when we are Saved. The Bible is clear that once we have truly been saved, nothing can snatch us out of the hand of the Father.
